Sri Lanka is famously known for its vast array of tea leaves , no trip to Sri Lanka would be complete without participating in at least one tea tour.






Duration     : 6 Nights/7 Days



Day 1:  Airport/Negombo (approx: 15min)

On arrival at Colombo International Airport you will be met by a Silverline Representative and transferred to your hotel in Negombo.   Check in at your hotel – relax and unwind after your journey.


Day 2: Colombo/Pinnawala (approx: 1.5-2hrs)/ Kandy (approx:1.5 hrs) 

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Kandy. En route visit Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage which houses abounded and wounded elephants.

Proceed to Kandy in the afternoon. Visit the temple of tooth Relic of Lord Buddha. Witness a Cultural Dance Show in the evening.

Overnight stay in Kandy.

Day 3: Kandy/ Nuwara Eliya (approx: 2 hrs)

Breakfast at the hotel. Visit The Royal Botanical Garden one of the largest in Asia.

Leave to Peradeniya Railway station, and board the train and leave to Nuwara Eliya. Enjoy the picturesque journey from your observation carriage, the train snaking its way through the mountains through the tea country. Wander through the trails of British colonial era with buildings ranging from Georgian to Queen Anne, Golf course with 18 holes, the hill club of the English Tea Planters.

Day 04:Nuwara Eliya / Horton Planes(approx:3 hrs)/ Nuwara Eliya

After breakfast do an excursion to Horton Plains. (Nuwara Eliya / Horton Plains- Approx: 1 hr one way- about 3 hrs in the park)

Horton Plains is home for a wide variety of Flora and species of Mammals such as Deer, Elk, Giant Squirrel, Wild Boar, Porcupine, Wild Bear and Leopard. For Bird Enthusiasts there are 87 species including many migratory birds.

Return to hotel in the afternoon.

Day 5:  Nuwara Eliya/Bandarawela (approx: 1 hr 30 min)

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Bandarawela. En route visit a Tea Factory and a Tea Plantation where you could see the process of manufacturing of tea while enjoying a world famous Ceylon Tea. You could also experience the plucking of tea buds as well. The journey to Bandarawela is full of beautiful sceneries with mild weather condition.

Evening Check in your hotel at Bandarawela.

Day 6:  Bandarawela / Colombo (approx: 4 hrs 30 min)

After breakfast transfer to Colombo.

Overstay at Colombo.

Day 7:  Colombo / Airport (approx: 1 hrs 15 min)

Breakfast at the hotel. Do a city tour in Colombo visiting Gangarama Temple in the middle of the lake – Known for its famous architecture, A Hindu Kovil, Old Capital of Sri Lanka –Jayewardenepura Kotte, the Parliament; Visit the latest Art Theatre in the shape of a Lotus Flower – The NELUM POKUNA, The old Race Course now converted into a stadium which has many restaurants and shops.  Visit The Old Dutch Hospital (built by The Dutch) now a renowned shopping and eating-place and enjoy a lovely lunch there.

A Visit to Barefoot a unique shop where you will find many hand woven bright colored fabric, books, stationary, household goods, clothes and many more. Enjoy some nice delicacies and tea or coffee in the late afternoon.

Transfer to the airport in time for your departure
